- Do we get course notes?
- Yes, all trainees receive detailed course notes, which are included in the
cost of the course.

- How big are your classes?
- Our public scheduled training courses have a maximum class size of five. If
you are looking to arrange a training course for more than five people we
can run a private course for you.

- How long do your courses last?
- We run intensive training courses so the shortest course is a day and the
longest courses are our five-day workshops.

- Where does the training take place?
- We have two training centres in Central London, one in Highbury and Islington (which is one stop from Kings Cross station – or two stops from Euston) and other is at Waterloo, one minute’s walk from the station.

- I don’t live near London, are there courses closer to me?
- We run our courses for clients all over the UK and Europe at their offices
on a regular basis.

- Can you run the training at my offices?
- Yes, we are happy to come to your offices, wherever they may be.

- Tell me more about the trainees who come on your courses.
- Our trainees come from a cross section of different backgrounds many are booked in by their companies. We also have large numbers of people working freelance who need to top up their skills or add to their repertoire.

- Do I need to bring anything to the course?
- No, just yourself. We provide the computers, writing materials, a delicious two-course lunch and lots and lots of biscuits, tea and coffee!

- How to I pay?
- We can accept payment by personal or company credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro). Ifyou work for a company and would prefer to pay by invoice our accounts team can easily arrange this.

- What happens if I need to cancel or postpone a course?
- Providing you give us more than a weeks notice you can cancel or postpone your course as many times as you like at NO cost.

- Can I tailor my course?
- Yes, almost half the courses run are tailored to our clients specific requirements. When you call us to book, just tell us what you want to learn and we’ll do the rest.

- Do you have disabled facilities?
- Yes our Highbury and Islington training centre has wheelchair access to both the building and the toilets.

- Is there a dress code?
- No, feel free to wear clothes that you feel comfortable in.

- What time does the course start?
- Courses start at 10 am and finish between 4.30 and 5pm. If you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the course we can register you and make you a tea or coffee.

- What do you provide for lunch?
- We provide a delicious two course lunch. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have any food allergies we are happy to cater for you just let us know in advance.

- Will I be using a Mac or PC on my course?
- We use and train on both Macs and PCs, if you need to use a computer during
your course, we will provide it for you.

- I’ßm travelling to London for the course; can you recommend somewhere to stay?
- Yes, here is a list of hotels we recommend (Please check if your course is at Highbury or Waterloo before booking the hotel).
